Description: You are purchasing a USA Made parkerized reproduction of the #453-11 lower crankcase plug used on 1936 to 1970 Knucklehead, Panhead, UL, WL, and Shovelhead models. This has 3/8"-24 NF threads and a 1/2" hex head. Finish is parkerized, we also stock this in cad and stock the earlier version of the 453-11 plug with a screwdriver slot machined into it on another listing. There seems to be some misinformation on CP bolts and "reproductions". Chandler Products has always been willing to produce these bolts with large minimum quantity orders. There's either early production or current production. They changed head dies as they wore out and had multiple dies. All nuts are USA made using the same process Harley used when they operated their own screw and nut equipment with the flat lands on them. Spacers and washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day. Parkerizing is same finish as how these came from the factory in the 1950's.
