Description: Up for sale is a loose Dr Mindbender (v3) from the GI Joe vs Cobra line by Hasbro in 2002. She was originally in a 2-pack with Beach Head (not included). Thank you for checking out my auction. This is just one of many, many, listings that I'm putting up on a regular basis. Each of my loose action figures have been stored or displayed in a smokeless home, and in the general condition you would expect of a very particular collector who likes to keep his things organized and clean. I AM NO EXPERT IN COLLECTIBLE GRADING. I know quite a bit from being immersed in this stuff for my whole life. But my opinion is not that of an expert by any means.
