Description: This item is in good used condition, from a smoke free pet free home. It definitely lights up and talks, but I'm not sure if it works exactly as it should, since it repeats the same phrase over and over and doesn't seem to move. Im not sure what it all does when it's working properly or if this is the way it is. There was some corrosion. See photos for signs of wear. Price is firm please.
