The hat has three tiers of gathered soft velvet with the top layer resembling a little pumpkin. The hat has two hair clips inside to hold in place. Original tags intact. Size: About 8" by 7 3/4" by 3 3/4" deep. Condition: In very nice condition. No holes or tears. Velvet shows minimal wear and is super soft. A sweet little hat!
