Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage insect chew in the top corner writing on the front perhaps some mold the cover is detached from one staple it has foxing at the edges and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
