Description: This PS-3 power supply does not power on when plugged in. It doesn't show any signs of life. Upon taking it apart, I didn't see anything obviously wrong with it except a large puddle of wax or some other substance under where the transformer is. It is missing the knobs on the front, has a broken standby switch and has some writing on the top. It doesn't have any rust or dented panels.
