Inside dimensions are 39 inches wide and 76 inches long. All wood is 1 1/4 inches thick. Rails are 4.5 inches wide and post and cross pieces are 3 inches wide. Uses a lag bolt system for tight fits, no shimmy. ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. The 42 inch end cross pieces need to be secure to the 36 inch post using 2 inch screws, 2 in each end. The rails and back supports are secured with lag bolts. 12 slats included ech tested to 185 lbs. Ships to lower 48 only
