There is a mold spot near the right edge of the mat opening that appears to be on the paper surface and two spots near the bottom of the mat opening that are on the glass (see last two photos). The glass has no chips, cracks or scratches. The paper seal at the back is complete, but is broken around the frame rails in few spots. The frame has some minor surface scuffs and scratches visible upon close inspection. Hanging hardware is sturdy and reliable. Ready to hang.
