Description: For your consideration is a pair of handpainted, porcelain, left and right facing HEREND pheasants in blue fishnet with 24K gold accents. Other colors include raspberry, green and black and are featured on the wings and tail. These are LARGE HEREND pieces with dimensions as follows: Length approximately 13", depth approximately 3" and height approximately 7" The right facing pheasant is in MINT condition, the left facing pheasant has a more pronounced kiln support stand mark on the underside of its tail (see photo for more details). Stands were apparently used to support the tail during the firing process at Herend. The stand mark in no way affects the display value of this beautiful figurine.
