Description: Hjorth Bornholm Denmark Vase With Fruit Decoration Signed 5.25”H. A beautiful hand painted vase with lovely fruit decoration. Measures 5.25”H x 2.25” Diameter at too and bottom. Circumference at thickest point is 10”. Made in Denmark between 1915-1939 this style bridges between Art Deco and Arts and Crafts. It has a smooth semigloss satin finish. The condition is good, no chips, no cracks. Only a few light scratches as seen in photos. A beautiful small vase in muted colors. It is stamped Bornholm which is the town where it was made and has the incised stag mark of the maker L. Hjorth. Please let me know if you have any questions.
