Clayton to create an outstanding “custom” diorama filled with details in HO 1:87 scale. It is built, painted, well-worn weathered and ready to place on your model train layout or in your diorama collection. DETAILS: All wood construction, 3 story tall with ROOFS made from rounded CAMPBELL CEDAR SHAKE shingles, 2 side additions, TICHY windows & doors, chimney w/ pipe & vent pipe, deck w/ railing, barrels, skid, tires, 2 exhaust fans, ghost sign, clear windowpanes with shades, natural sand and turf, etc. The CLAPBOARD is a bluish-gray.
