Description: New item with missing parts... the 2 bars that were missing I replaced with swifter bars and they worked just fine. You can tell the difference because they are Gray and the original bars are black. This is a discontinued item so replacement parts were gard to find but I improvised and it worked just fine as you can see. Going for a great deal was opened and person didn't use it but forgot to put the two extension poles back in the box. So you can say used but certain parts are still in new packaging.
