We cannot correct a problem if we do not know about it. SHIPPING: We use recycled materials for packaging/shipping! We ship out the same day if payment is received by 12 PM (CST)/2 PM (PST). Packing your item is of the utmost importance and we pack each item for a successful shipping result. With some items we may be double boxing just to do everything we can to get the product to you unbroken. We try to keep our shipping as reasonable as possible but please keep this in mind. For heavy items, we utilize UPS or FEDEX. Shipping address will be the address you have in the system. If this needs to change you need to take care of this before purchase.
