When you apply this topcoat to a plain polish color, it gives it a crazy beautiful shiny sparkle! This polish topcoat sparkles best in sunlight or bright light and is build-able so the more layers you put on, the more sparkly it gets. All the pics were taken under a desk light indoors and all polishes were topped with Seche Vite top coat. I recommend a thicker topcoat like Seche vite or Poshe for glitter tops since it helps smooth it out a bit. Pictures show what the polishes look like before and after the holo topcoat. The color nail polishes are not part of this listing.
