Description: Holosun HE 509t Red Dot Sight dummy unit, useful as an aesthetic improvement or for checking slide / mount / holster compatability on RMR type mounting plates. It is dimensionally identical to the real optic, so if it fits this unit it should fit the real thing. This is a solid plastic dummy version of the holosun optic, it is not actually a red dot. Note- This sight attaches directly to the RMR cutout, with screws going down from the top. It will not work with the standard 509t dovetail mount. It is also important to know that this dummy unit works with all RMR cutouts, however, the mounting plate included with the real optic only works with standard RMR cutouts, and WILL NOT FUNCTION with zev/brownells style cutouts.
