General wear to leather cover, includes scuffing, scratches, minor cracking and soiling. Fore-edge flap hinge cracking at rear. Leather beginning to separate (cleanly) from rear board. Front paste-down separating from front board, with several closed tears (the longest is about two inches). Writing on inner rear free end paper dated July 1882, Eldora Iowa.
