If you are concerned that shipping costs may be too high for the cost of your particular order, please contact me. Because shipping is an estimate, if the buyer has paid $1 or more over actual shipping costs, the buyer will be refunded the excess shipping costs after the item has been packaged and ready to ship. I ship by USPS by either first class, parcel post or priority mail, depending on the shipping cost and fee. If your shipping payment covers the cost of priority mail, then your package will be shipped by priority mail. I am happy to provide insurance or expedited shipping as necessary to meet your needs, just ask for an invoice for extra services. Please provide a current address.
