Description: HONEYWELL RTH111B1024 DIGITAL NON-PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT [A] Always Read The Description and Condition Carefully! This was installed and used in my house for about five months before I discovered when the AC didn't work that it was the wrong one for our heat pump system. This has only switch positions for Heat and Cool. Don't be fooled by the labeling inside that says "Electric or Heat Pump". If you have a heat pump system, you need one that also has a switch position for Emergency Heat when outside temperature approaches or goes below zero. So I've replaced ours with the correct one, and I'm selling this one. I don't have the original box or the installation / instructions guide. So I printed out the installation / instructions from the Honeywell site and that is included. 2 AAA Batteries required not included. Mounting screws and drywall anchors included. I can be a little flexible and I will consider reasonable offers, especially when buying multiples because that will save on shipping cost per item. Please don't waste your time or mine with lowball offers. I have set prices that are reasonable compared to others in the marketplace where possible, without undercutting other sellers, which is just as bad as gouging buyers.
