Description: This Hot Air Balloon was hanging over my husbands train layout. It is 14" from the top of the balloon to the bottom of the basket. It is 19" around at the largest part of the balloon. My husband glued the people in so it looked better. They can be removed. I am not an expert on trains or this item. I am a TCA Member so let me know if there is a problem, and I will make it right.
