That's a fluorescent mineral complex in a remote part of San Benito County in Central California. I discovered this Calcite on a mountain side next to the main Hydra Springs site. I call it Hydra Hill. Pics taken under Short Wave. It does fluoresce pretty well with a powerful Long Wave LED flashlight, too. It's quite heavy.
