Description: For sale is a HUNTER #4 carbide tipped hollowing woodturning chisel. The shank diameter is 1/2". This tool is probably the first tool you will choice for bowl turning. This tool can be used for the rough work and then can be used for the finish work. The literature says that it removes wood quickly and will produce outstanding finishes prior to sanding. The tool is 21" long and has a 6" exposure of the shank. The carbide cutter is set into the shank with a T15 screw making for easy removal. Original storage tube is included that allows you to hang near your lathe. The tool looks like was never used and is in perfect condition.
