Description: This listing is the 1st 4 Print Times Picayune Publication After the hurricane, Times Picayune Hurricane Katrina Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, September 2-5th 2005, New Orleans. After Hurricane Katrina and the flooding, The Times Picayune had to leave New Orleans and was unable to print their papers, they were only able to have them online. This is the 1st-4th print copy of the paper after the hurricane and it was printed in Houma, La because they were still unable to go back to their work place in New Orleans. These 4 copies are in very good vintage condition as you can see in the pictures with a slight discoloration around the edges and normal aging, I tried to show this in the pictures. There are some small folds in some of the papers. The black on some of the pages and any spots like that are from the ink press. This newspaper was only opened to take the pictures. This listing is for the entire newspaper, which includes 2 sections in each paper. These papers are being sold as is so please refer to the pictures as part of my description. This is a great piece of Louisiana History for any collector. Please feel free to ask any questions before you buy.
