You can then turn on the faucet, select the water temperature, and then simply turn the Diverter lever to divert the water from the sink to the bidet hose. In order to attach the diverter, you must be able to remove the faucet aerator, and use a 55/64, 15/16, or 13/16 thread adapter. Some new designer faucets require a special adapter available only from the manufacturer, or may not allow use of a diverter.
