Not a perfect job but it's on there. Might be a few spots of excess glue as I'm not a professional upholstery person. It's a really nice helmet. Clear face shield quick release so you can take it off quickly if you want. The shield still has the plastic cover on it. The bottom padding has some slight wear from sitting in the box however long but it's very slight, took pic of it you can see. BECAUSE of the Regluing and the Slight Wear on the bottom pad, this is priced really right and a great deal.
