Vintage1950s IDEAL10" Little Miss Revlon#9123 Aqua Blue Striped School DressONLY Condition issues:Grosgrain tie end (with rhinestones) has frayed or been trimmed. Rhinestones are not as clear as photographed. First issue as the tag (which has been cut but remnant remains) is stitched into front of dress like the bigger original Revlon fashions. Generally the later production are tagged on the inside of garment, if tagged at all. There is a light yellow stain that did not disappear after soaking in oxiclean. See pictures.
