These rules are made from hardened stainless steel with ground edges, have a satin finish and are 1 wide by .040” thick. The scales are deeply and precision photo etched and black filled for long life and easy readability. They are graduated with 1/8" and 1/16" increments on one side and 1/32" and 1/64" on the other side. These rules are US engineered and manufactured to strict tolerances in factories overseas. Rules come in a vinyl pouch. These are well made and precise rules and I am convinced they offer a reasonable alternative for anybody unwilling to spend the money required for the more premium line of US made precision tools. The same premium rule made in US goes for 32.00 on Amazon.
