IMPERIAL RIPPLE carnival glass 9" MARIGOLD orange MINI VASE small 2.5" base

Description: Offered for sale is a beautiful antique carnival glass vase made in the early 1900s by Imperial Glass. It is made of clear glass, with pale orange or marigold iridescence near the top. The pattern is named RIPPLE. It has delicate vertical lines on the inside surface, while the outer surface has wavy horizontal lines that show the way the vase was stretched and lengthened as it was formed, becoming wider apart in the middle. This vase stands 9 inches (22.9cm) tall, and measures 2 1/2 inches (6.4cm) in diameter at the base. It is shown with a U.S. quarter in the second picture, to give an accurate impression of the size at a glance. This is a lovely antique carnival glass piece for your collection! The vase is in good used condition with no cracks, scratches, or repairs. The iridescence is quite faint, but is not worn through. There is one bubble in the glass (picture 5) which has stretched as the vase was formed. There are also some tiny edge chips/roughness at the flared rim (pictures 6 and 7). There is no maker's mark on this vase. All my items are from a SMOKE FREE home. Check for other fine antique items I have for auction or sale this week!
