Description: In the style of Napoleone Martinuzzi for Venini Italy Clear Glass and Black Glass Carafe c1930the provenance of this piece is not known and could in fact be designed by Napoleone Martinuzzi for Venini. It certainly matches in height (22cm) and max diameter (18cm) of a similar one albeit in different colour way. This piece is made of two kinds of glass- the main body in a green hued glass and trimmed with a black glass paste base and handle . it is narrower at the top then descends to the base in three different sized bulb shapes . It is in very good vintage condition - a sliver of glass has been chipped off on the inside of the piece close to the spout- to the touch it is uneven surface- pictured ( every attempt has been made to photograph it) and priced accordingly. The is no underside manufacturer identification marking. 202210mvl
