Description: Here is a raucous original US theatrical 1-sheet (27" x 41") for the American International Pictures release of one of the more tasteless horrors of an exploitative era, The Incredible 2 Headed Transplant (1971). It's strange to me to see reviews on IMDB calling this films a "hoot", because while it definitely has some outrageous moments, the subtext of grafting the head of a murderous rapist onto the body of a childlike, hulking farmboy permeates this film like a cancer. In that context much of the onscreen carnage is pretty horrifying, particularly the scenes of the sex maniac drooling (literally) over busty victims while the farmboy is crying (literally) for him to stop. Not necessarily a hoot but in its uncut form an authentic and shocking time capsule. Great poster hints at the film's inner rot and features well-rendered portraits of the other two-headed casualties including small mammals and a reptile.
