I had the pleasure of knowing the author who graciously signed this copy of his book for me. I was his stockbroker and he and his wife would come and see me every year to socialize more than discuss their portfolio. The were both very gracious and Dr. Irwin enjoyed telling me a story or two about the "old days" Now I'm the age that the Irwins were (80's) when I knew them and it's time to clear the decks, so to speak.The book is in Like New condition. the binding is strong and all the pages mark and blemish free. The dust jacket is in good condition with a few small tears. See photos.
