Description: Here is Influencing With Integrity Management Skills for Communication and Negotiation by Genie Z Laborde. This is an interesting book from the 80s because it has not only pages of photos in the middle, but has whimsical doodle illustrations throughout that the author uses to help the points along. It makes reading a 'dry' subject like this one better, and that's why it is still desirable here in the 2020 times. Some of the advice may be slightly outdated (because it is before PCs and cellphones and all) but a lot of it is intra-personal which you can still apply or learn from. This is the hardcover original version of the book from 1984. It has 1 page written on with pen (the first one with the copyright on there name/date) but that's it. DO note the vintage condition: This is in vintage condition. The cover is supposed to be white but it is yellowing due to age. There are 2 tapes on it. The paper cover has scuffs and wear. The inside pages are all in good shape though, nothing's missing and none are bent/folded. It's yellowing, it smells like old cardboard, there's going to be a bit of speckling of age. DO Save on shipping! Media Mail can be used to ship this to save money. It weighs 1 pound and 10 ounces in a book mailer because it is a fairly large hard cover. Most of our other listings have toys, this is our only managing book.
