This handsome, 80-page catalog for Inside the Walt Disney Archives: From Mickey Mouse to Forever After highlights key exhibit areas including 90 years of Mickey Mouse merchandise, an animator’s desk in use during the production of Fantasia, some of the earliest items in the Archives’ collections, the Photo Library, animation art, artifacts from the Disney Parks and live-action features including the Pirates of the Caribbean and Alice in Wonderland films, The Jungle Book, and numerous costumes and props. The story of Walt Disney’s original office suite is illustrated with images of the original office, the restored suite at The Walt Disney Studios, and how it was recreated for Saving Mr. Banks (2013).
