Some scuff and dent marks. Yellowing pages. Spine cover tear on 2 of the books. Grapes of Wrath has a pencil signature on the title page. The Scarlet Letter has pencil underlines and notes on about 18 pages. The Scarlet Letter (Nathaniel Hawthorne) no publish date indicated - yellowing along the spine on the inner cover. Pencil notes and underlines on about 18 pages.The Way of All Flesh (Samuel Butler ) 1944 - inch long scuff mark on cover. Inch and a half spine corner split on top. Inch long split along bottom spine.The Crusades: Iron Men and Saints (Harold Lamb) 1931 - half inch spine split on top and bottom of cover.The Grapes of Wrath (John Steinbeck) 1939 - signature in pencil on cover page. Around the World in Eighty Days (Jules Verne) 1956 - spine split along almost the entire length.Victory (Joseph Conrad) 1921 - half inch spine split on top and bottom. Pitting on back cover.The House of the Seven Gables (Nathaniel Hawthorne) no publish date indicated - 2 inch spine split on bottom. The spine splits are really only visible when you pull the cover away from the spine. Otherwise, they present well. I try my best to identify and note any visible flaws in the description.
