He is the co-founder and principal in Reddy-Phillips, a consulting and training organization with clients worldwide. A frequent contributor to professional journals, Reddy is editor of Team Building: Blueprints for Productivity and Satisfaction. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association, a professional member of the NTL Institute, and a member of the OD Network. He received the 1993 Perry L.
