Another Islander upgrade is a double-dome sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective (inside only) coating that provides scratch protection and a clearer view of the dial and time. The movement is a 24-jewel NH36 automatic that offers you the same reliable performance as later editions of this iconic dive watch. The orange dial features black hands and hour markers coated with C3 SuperLuminova for reading the time in the dark. The day and date window is in the familiar 3:00 position. The lugs are drilled for easier bracelet to dive strap changes. Lug width is 20mm. The case size is 42mm diameter by 13mm thick. 47mm tip to tip. Finish is brushed and polished.
