VG - Very Good condition cards can have any number of damage issues that may or may not detract from the overall look of the image on the card. These issues can include scratches and staining, noticeable creasing, rounded corners, surface impressions, imperfect edges, discolored lines and yellowed corners. The centering could be around 90/10. Graded cards may have cases with wear or imperfections. I do not consider partial refunds. Raw (not professionally graded) cards are sold as such, and no questions regarding expected grade or guarantees of such will be responded to beyond "as shown in photos." You may choose either the free shipping option which provides only tracking and standard transit time (can be weeks or months) or you may choose the paid FedEx option which is faster and is covered by insurance. If you select the free shipping option the liability of damage or loss in transit it solely yours as the buyer as you are willingly declining insurance and you as the buyer will need to contact USPS to file a claim if an issue in transit occurs.
