Led the NL in ERA Wins and Trikeouts in 1918 The Pitching Triple Crown. He also led the NL in War and innings pitched. His Lifetime ERA is 2.74 over 13 years.. He is Famous for pitching a dual No hitter vs Fred Tony in 1917. Vaughn and the Cubs lost in 10 on an error. Had he played on better teams he certainly would have won many more games.
