The cover is structurally good but has some kind of acidic etching in spots (see photos). The binding is great. The pages are in great condition with the exception of 2 or 3 with tape repairs and 10 or more with fold creasing. The endpapers and pages have yellowing due to cigarette smoke. The pages are flat (no moisture damage). All the markings I see in the Book are inside the front and rear covers (see photos). Please Note: This Book does have some odor of cigarette smoke.
