Description: This lot contains five items. Read descriptions of each and let me know if you need more photos. A delightful Japanese cloisonne vase with pink and white poppy flowers, 5.75 inches tall. Some enamel loss, hairlines. Small Kyoto style pillbox. Some wear on edges. Small Japanese vase measures about 5 inches tall. Uncommon brass handles. Previous owner glued the vase to the stand, and I have not tried to loosen it to check for a maker's mark. Tiny restoration to the black ground. Kyoto school vase. These six-sided vases were considered difficult to make, as the design had to wrap around the sharp corners. This 7-inch vase is a lovely example of the craft. Overall good condition with some slight enamel loss on edge. Vase with lily pad design and unusual scallop rim. Ding to bottom edge with enamel loss. Some damage to side with remnants of epoxy.
