The realism is shown in the obi (sash) and that you can see the layers of undergarments that are traditionally worn under a kimono. She has a small fan tucked in her obi.While Ichimatsu dolls cost hundreds of dollars, I believe this is a doll inspired by those as I cannot confirm that the head and arms are porcelain and the doll’s body is from Styrofoam. However, the amazing kimono makes this a true collectible.Pre-owned in very good condition. No box or papers. Notes from the foster cats.......
