Description: Vintage Japanese Kimekomi Gofun 2 Dolls & 1 Japanese 4-Panel Table Top Silk Screen All Vintage S8776These are all PRE-OWNED and still in EXCELLENT CONDITION for their age. The one doll does not have material on the BOTTOM (not sure if supposed to have or not). There are a few minor pulls of the thread along some edges. They also may be a little dusty from being on a shelf, but there are NO Breaks, Chips or Cracks on the dolls themselves. The 4-Panel Screen is also in EXCELLENT CONDITION.In this LOT, you will be receiving: (A) 1 VINTAGE JAPANESE KIMEKOMI STANDING GOFUN DOLL This is a Vintage Japanese Doll with a hand crafted and hand painted face made of gofun. Her face is nicely painted with her eyes closed. She has long black hair with a hairpiece on top with red and white fabric in the middle, she is is standing up with both of her hands outstretched, (not sure if there was originally anything in them or not). She is approximately 8 1/4" Tall x 5" Wide. She is wearing red, orange, beige, pink, green, gold and black printed clothes made of silk brocade which has the traditional Japanese design and which is tucked and glued into grooves of the doll body. She has orange fabric on the bottom. It comes with a wooden stand that is approximately 6" Tall x 4 11/16" Wide x 1/2" Thick, it is painted black on one side only. (B) 1 VINTAGE JAPANESE KIMEKOMI KNEELING GOFUN DOLL This is a Vintage Japanese Doll with a hand crafted and hand painted face made of gofun. Her face is nicely painted with her eyes slightly opened. She has long black hair with a hairpiece on top (shaped in a ball) with red and white fabric intertwined with her hair , she is is kneeling down with both of her hands together, (she actually does not have hand that show, see photos). She is approximately 7 1/4" Tall x 4 1/2" Wide. She is wearing red, orange, beige, gold, blue and black printed clothes made of silk brocade which has the traditional Japanese design and which is tucked and glued into grooves of the doll body. She does not have material on the bottom. It comes with a wooden stand that is approximately 6" Tall x 4 11/16" Wide x 1/2" Thick, it is painted black on one side only.(C) 1 VINTAGE JAPANESE SILK 4-PANEL TABLE TOP SCREEN This is a Vintage Japanese 4-Panel Table Top Silk Screen made of thick cardboard and has a picture of a Flower Cart on the one side, it is a black cart with a green basket on top with multi color flowers coming out of it. It is approximately 10 1/2" Wide x 7 1/8" High. It has a blue silk brocade fabric which is the traditional Japanese design around the outer edges with the gold silk screen hand painting in the middle. there are golden brass pieces that adorn the four corners.
