Description: How do I know this blade is sharp? Because I cut myself by just VERY lightly touching my finger with it. The dai/body was cleaned, lapped and waxed twice. The dai mouth was corrected for a proper blade fit. The sole was returned to the traditional wave pattern. The chip breaker was corrected to properly fit the blade and honed to the traditional 60/20 degrees. The blade back was lapped flat to ensure a great edge. The bevel sharpened to 6000 grit. It leaves a glass like finish. The chip breaker and blade were coated with camellia oil to prevent rust. IT'S BETTER THAN NEW!!!!!!
