Shipment via freight to residential address there is a $75 fee and if you require a lift gate there's a $75 fee, Freight shipments being delivered to schools, hospitals, construction site, gated community, airports or restricted areas additional fee $75 in addition to your shipping fee. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 business day period.
