Description: This pamphlet is two pages, it was a insert in a cookbook at that time. It is printed by the Genesee Pure Food Company in LeRoy, NY & Bridgeburg, ONT. Genesee changed its name in the early 20's like in 1923-25 somewhere. They became Jell-o Company, Inc, and in 1929 was General Foods. So I would believe this is somewhere in the late teens or early 20's. Ice Cream powder was put out by Genesee in 1906. It is lithographed on both covers with recipes for the ice cream powder on the inside. This is in perfect condition, no tears, marks, it looks like brand new - it is yellow a little with age, but that is normal. It has the hole at the top for the string, no string. This is a truly wonderful pamphlet, it is so....rare in this shape - it is like New Old Stock - meaning it was never used. This is for the serious collector, this is the kind of piece you would find in the Jello Musuem. It is that nice.
