Description: A Near Ex `Vault 55 year old Stored` vinyl copy Almost impossible to find now... This is from my own collection. I am not a dealer. Over the next few months, I am selling off part of my collection, all rarities and collectible, no filler! This is rare and hard to find in ex shape (this is close to ex) not perfect but a decent playing copy. Here is Ladyland Part 2 (part 1 also available see our other listings) Please note that this album is complete and original 1st UK pressing and is priced for its rarity and attraction to collectors for its condition this has great audio! Near Ex Vinyl clear audio no skips or jumps on our Rega 3, would grade as " Near Ex " condition , here is a real find ( some light surface lines and removal scuffs which don't affect playback) light static and in quieter passages and intros which may improve with a professional clean. A1B1 MATRIX. has only some light static and also low noise on intros, its a 55 year old vinyl.. Jimi on its launch said " I made this album with Stereo in mind" nuff said.. Tracks include , Electric Ladyland, Crosstown Traffic, Gipsy Eyes, Voodoo Chile (extended original version) Long Hot Summer Night... most;y recorded in Electric Lady studios in Greenwich Village New York in 68 Jimmy was living and playing there every day and the music here is some of his best work ... The double album sells now with "Blue Text" for 550+ in this condition buy the 2 for around 460 here with part 1 also available at around 220 at the moment (see our other items) we will discount postage for 2 Then you would have all the music on the double "Electric Ladyland" Album on original track labels 1st pressings at a knockdown price v buying the double which is seldom sold for less than 450 in anything like this in ex or good plus order.... The amazing blue text was no error! as you can see here .....the "blue Text" was used so no Printers errors etc...." this is the original 1968 first press on UK Track records. To explain..... At the time of launch you could buy these albums as separate single Parts1 and 2 or as a double higher priced unit. Many people at the time to avoid shelling out for a double, bought one or together which would give you the music on the double album and much much cheaper (but sorry no naked ladies) it's a cool way to own all the Ladyland music on 2 lower priced first pressings... `PHOTO OF JIMIS FLAT IN MAYFAIR LONDON IS NOT INCULDED` Jimi said he wrote many of these songs in the bed... The cover Excellent Condition Sleeve has the normal laminate creasing of the sleeve see photos its 55 years old , no rips tears , has little ringwear. see photos. has laminate lift to rear parts of the sleeve ``see photo`this is common on this sleeve at 55, ex. no writing, names, or tears, in good shape for 40+ years kept safe in its pvc sleeve for many years...smoke free! light ringwear from storage. The record Its Near ExCondition A1 B1 "Hand Etched corrected" Matrix! sounds incredible, impressive bass response. 1st available Matrixes....under 300 gbp. plays clean, some light surface lines see photos with some removal scuffs no serious issues on our Rega 3 or the super fussy light tracking Kenwood deck we use to grade, a few clicks in the quieter parts but nothing to disrupt pleasure of this great recording (we have not cleaned as this is a personal thing) this is a first press in good order! has static on intros `And the Gods Made Love` track hhas only light static as its a very quiet intro later all good. So if you want a reference grade copy , this is for you... Plays fantastic with bright clear sound and amazing bass, may benefit from a professional clean (we don't do this as it's an individual thing) some background static is noticeable in the quieter passages but nothing to disrupt playing no sticks or jumps on our Rega 3.has some static and clicks also low noise on intros, its a 55 year old vinyl.. any questions please ask!
