Vinyl and sleeve are both a beautiful VG++/NM-. Even includes the original custom barcoded Reckless Records (represent, Chicago!) info label on the outer poly sleeve dated August, 2011 from when I purchased this rarity at their Wicker Park location 13 years ago(!).
