Pritchard CBE (5 February 1921 – 5 December 1989) was an English conductor. He was known for his interpretations of Mozart operas and for his support of contemporary music. Card and signature (1970, personalized to famed collector Roger Harris) both grade high. Provenance: We are privileged to have picked up hundreds of items from the Roger Harris collection. Harris was an avid collector of autographs who spent a great deal of time corresponding with celebrities, asking them in most cases what their greatest satisfaction was. He did this throughout the 1960's and 1970's and we are offering a wide variety of obscure and rare signatures in all collecting genres.
