The thicker the envelope, the more likely it is to be delayed in shipping. We will in most cases not ship anything larger than a 100pt toploader via PWE. Larger orders may be upgraded to bubble mailer, box or flat rate packaging (Please note eBay tracked shipping is only available in the 50 states and is limited in US territories, orders to those areas where the ETS is not available, are sent with traditional stamp without tracking.)
