Joseph Parrish signed the cartoon (copyright Chicago Tribune) and also inscribed it to William H. Perkins, Jr. It measures 14 by 17 inches and is in very good condition with slight toning to the margins as shown. Hand colored presumably by the artist. Combine wins to save on shipping.
