There is a tiny bit of wear to the top and bottom edges of the spine, and there is some foxing to the end papers at the front and back of the book (see photo for example). Otherwise, the book is in outstanding condition. The original slipcase is included and it overall looks great and is sturdy. Also included is a separate signed print in its original folder, plus the original Monthly Letter and publication announcement. Only 1,500 copies of this book were made and this is number 214 and is signed by illustrator Agnes Miller Parker.
